The Ministry of Republic of Official Summer Theme HQ, Inc. ™© has been entrusted with the responsibility of determining a yearly Summer Theme. This year, the MROSTHQITMC™© has decreed this summer to be the Summer of Balls. We thank you for your mandatory participation.

"How can you Achieve Participation in the Summer of Balls?" Simple: create as many opportunities to Handle Balls as you can. Carry a Ball or Two with you wherever you go, so you can always be ready to activate Balls Time. Perhaps you could Play with Eachother's Balls at the beach or in the park. It's a very good idea to make sure your Balls are played with in the Bright Sun, to ensure maximum Summer Fun®.
